Older states will not have Wasteland Headquarters, so keep this in mind. For example, the Wasteland Headquarter must be placed within the wasteland territory in your state, while the Plains Headquarter must be placed within the plains territory. The type of headquarter refers to the area in which it can be placed. There are two types of alliance headquarters: Wasteland Headquarters and Plains Headquarters. Unlike the other types of buildings (except for towers), alliance headquarters can expand your alliance territory and effectively give your alliance a home. Let’s start by discussing the different types of Headquarters. The others are known as Speciality Buildings and must be built within current alliance territory. The buildings in bold are ones used to expand alliance territory also known as Territory Buildings and do not have to be built on currently developed land. Just like individual buildings that can be built within your settlement, each alliance has alliance buildings that can be built within alliance territory and/or used to expand alliance territory.
